Apple Carrot Salad

Ingredients
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 apple, chopped
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
salt and pepper, to taste
2 eggs

Instructions:

1. In small bowl, whisk olive oil, vinegar, and lemon juice.
2. Combine salad ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour dressing over salad. Slice eggs and place on top.
