Asian Salad

Ingredients
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1 medium carrot, julienned
1 medium cucumber, julienned
1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 green onion, thinly sliced

Instructions:

In a small bowl, whisk together sugar, vinegar, salt and black pepper; set aside.

Peel and julienne carrot and cucumber. Chop bell pepper and green onion.

Add carrot, cucumber, bell pepper and green onion to dressing mixture. Toss vegetables to coat. Serve immediately.
