Avocado feta dip

Ingredients
1/2 red onion, diced
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
1 avocado, diced
1 cup cilantro
3/4 cup feta, crumbled
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tbsp vegetable oil
salt

Instructions:

Cook onion and jalapeno in olive oil 6 minutes. Puree with remaining ingredients and season with salt to taste.

Serve with toasted bread and vegetable sticks.
