English muffin with apple and cheddar

Ingredients
1 English muffin, split
1/2 apple, thinly sliced

Instructions:

Place English muffin cut side up in a toaster oven or on a baking sheet under the broiler, and toast until lightly browned.

Top each muffin half with a quarter of the cheese, half of the apple, then the other quarter of the cheese. Broil until cheese is melted.
