Homemade ponzu sauce

| 1/2 cup mirin |
| 6 tablespoon soy sauce |
| 1/2 cup sugar |
| 1 tablespoon green onion, minced |
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir until the sugar dissolves. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator; it will keep for up to 1 month.
