  • Preheat oven at 350º.
  • In a medium bowl, cream the butter and natural peanut butter together, gradually beat in the Organic Erythritol.
  • Add the egg and vanilla, beat well.
  • Combine add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture; mix until well combined.
  • Roll the dough in 1-inch balls and place on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Dip a fork in Organic Erythritol and press the top of each cookie in a crisscross pattern.
  • Bake at 350º for 13-16 minutes or until nicely browned.
  • Remove from the pan to a cooling rack.
