Instructions

  • Trim excess fat from steak; score steak in diagonal design 1/8 inch deep on both sides.
  • Coat a large skillet with cooking spray; add steak.
  • Cook steak over medium heat until lightly browned on both sides.
  • Sprinkle each side of steak with one tsp flour; cook until browned.
  • Add wine, green onions, parsley flakes, lemon juice, and poultry seasoning.
  • Cook steak 8 to 10 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
  • Remove steak to warm serving platter; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Simmer sauce in skillet until thickened.
  • Slice steak across grain into thin slices; serve with sauce
